Prologue

The scene is set in the Arnold Tonks Institute - in the prosperous county of East Aboleen – where we find few brave and enthusiastic employees busying themselves in the ‘Office from hell-y-bover’.

Everyone seem to be jolly and content except that usual sad, humourless, spoilsport, Beata - ’the office’s idiot’….but it’s just another day at work – (thank the VC for keeping us all!).

Surely i can't be the only one....

So here I am the unhappy office bod...and am thinking ...surely i can't be the only one...surely there are many like me out there...feeling equally crashed and dispossessed at work.

Well, what can i say! Join the club.

It's sad , it's hopeless and people continue to remind you that you are lucky to have a job these days so.... what are you complaining about!

The thought warms up for three seconds flat then...start feeling like a flat pancake again...
